These Website Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website only. Any professional services provided by PIA GAZE are governed by a separate written Fee Proposal, Estimate or Engagement Agreement, as applicable. In the event of any inconsistency between these Website Terms & Conditions and an agreement governing professional services, the applicable professional services agreement will prevail in relation to those services.
1. Professional Services
PIA GAZE provides interior architecture, design and project management services for residential and commercial projects.
Information provided on this website is intended as general information only and should not be relied upon as project-specific advice. Every project is unique, and recommendations are provided having regard to the individual project requirements.
Services described on this website are indicative only and may vary depending on the agreed project scope.
2. Quotations, Estimates & Fees
Unless otherwise stated, quotations and estimates issued by PIA GAZE are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Fees are based on the agreed scope of services and the information available at the time the quotation or estimate is prepared. Estimates may be subject to change in accordance with the applicable Fee Proposal, Estimate or Engagement Agreement.
Where the project scope changes, additional services are requested, or the work required exceeds that reasonably anticipated, additional fees may apply. Variations to professional services will be managed in accordance with the applicable professional services agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, professional services are charged at the rates specified in the applicable Fee Proposal, Estimate or Fee Schedule.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PIA GAZE reserves the right to suspend the provision of services in accordance with the applicable professional services agreement where invoices remain unpaid.
The Client may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with recovering overdue amounts, to the extent permitted by the applicable professional services agreement and applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
All concepts, drawings, plans, specifications, schedules, reports, renders, documentation, designs and other intellectual property created by PIA GAZE remain the property of PIA GAZE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where professional services are engaged, the Client's rights to use the final project deliverables are governed by the applicable Fee Proposal, Estimate or Engagement Agreement, including any conditions relating to payment and the approved purpose of use.
Project documentation must not be reproduced, modified, used for another project or provided to another consultant for modification or completion without the prior written consent of PIA GAZE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any additional usage rights or assignment of intellectual property must be agreed in writing and may be subject to additional fees and conditions.
5. Design Information
Concept drawings, renders, sketches, specifications and other design material displayed on this website are provided for illustrative and portfolio purposes only and should not be relied upon as project-specific advice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, drawings and documentation prepared by PIA GAZE represent design intent and must be verified by appropriately qualified professionals before construction, fabrication or installation.
PIA GAZE does not provide structural engineering, building certification, manufacturing or installation services unless expressly agreed in writing.
The scope and limitations of professional services provided to a Client are governed by the applicable professional services agreement.
6. Products & Suppliers
Furniture, fixtures, finishes, fittings and product recommendations are subject to supplier availability, pricing and manufacturer changes.
Product colours, finishes and dimensions may vary from images displayed on this website due to manufacturing processes, natural material variations, lighting and screen settings.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client is responsible for entering into and managing contracts with third-party suppliers and for satisfying themselves as to the suitability of products selected for their project.
Any procurement services, supplier arrangements or additional responsibilities undertaken by PIA GAZE will be governed by the applicable professional services agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Project Timeframes
Any project timeframes provided by PIA GAZE are estimates only.
Delivery dates and project schedules may change due to client delays, consultant coordination, supplier lead times, authority approvals or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where applicable, project timeframes and any changes to agreed dates will be managed in accordance with the relevant professional services agreement.
8. Recommendations
Recommendations, advice and opinions provided by PIA GAZE represent our professional opinion as interior architects and designers.
Recommendations are not intended to constitute formal guarantees or warranties. Clients remain responsible for undertaking their own due diligence and obtaining independent professional advice where required.
The scope and limitations of any recommendations provided as part of an engagement are subject to the applicable professional services agreement and applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Information provided on this website is general in nature and is not intended to replace advice specific to an individual project.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIA GAZE is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website without obtaining appropriate project-specific advice.
Any liability arising from professional services provided by PIA GAZE is governed by the applicable professional services agreement and applicable law.
Nothing in these Website Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
